What Is The Remedy For Dry Cough And Fever?

So I have been sick for the past four weeks and it has been affecting my ability to go to school. It came on subtly in the beginning, hiding behind allergies. It started as a small itch in the throat and developed into a dry cough. Almost immediately after the cough developed I partially lost my voice for a several hours. When this occurred mucous started to appear in my cough. It became hard to breathe without coughing up mucous. My breathing then sped up until I was taking quick, shallow breathes. For a brief period of time in the beginning week or so I would sporadically have a fever of around 100.6 degrees Fahrenheit to 101.3 degrees Fahrenheit. Shortly after all this happening my left ear slowly began to gain pressure in it causing me to loose my hearing in it. After this happened I started to loose my balance quite often as well as to loose my vision in a sort of blacking out. The fevers have since stopped, my hearing in the left ear is muffled and sharp pains are going through it, my cough switches from being dry to being filled with mucous, and my throat has become dry even though I am drinking lots of water. If you could please figure out what is wrong with me I would sincerely appreciate it.

You are having chronic bronchitis. Go for haemogram. After getting result if required have x-ray lungfield. It is advisable to get yourself checked by physician. Hearing problem is due to eustachian tube block. You may need antibiotic ,analgesic, and antihistaminic. For ear block you can try volselum. Ephedrine nasal drop may help you. Cough expectorant may be required for few days.
