Specifics will help, what drugs does she use?? At present, getting help for the fingers for what is most certainly an infection should be the priority. It is a bit hard to imagine iv abuse via fingers. do look for other possibilities. Getting her to see a professional will definitely help. Avoiding the company of people associated with drug use will also go a long way toward recovery. but nothing will help until the person doesn want it.
