What Is The Remedy For Depression?

well i am in menopause, having a big problem with depression constant mood swings, cried everyday for over a month now, on wellbuterin but as far as i feel it has done nothing, very concerned bipolar runs in family, looking for help in my area east islip,ny

In think, you are towards bipolar depression. In your case, due to positive bipolar history in family, you should try mood stabilizer along with antidepressant. That would give you more benefit than antidepressant alone. It would also protect you from manic switch. Better to discuss this with your psychiatrist.
