What Is The Remedy For Constipation In A 8 Month Old ?
my 8 months boy has suffered constipation for a very long time, i have tried all types of remedies, castor oil, duphalac, cyclerine supposteries, lacson, prune and pear juice etc, but nothing seems to help. what can i do? His pedeatrician did x-rays but all was well. please advise.

8mth old child having constipation usually organic most commonly hirschprungs disease but i need proper history 1) when ur child passed 1st stoolsfter birth within 24 hr or after that.2) had ur babt had h/oabdominlal distention off & on 3) from what time baby had constipation since birth or after 4) wt of baby gaining proper wt with time or not 40 what complementary feeding u r giving to baby.5)thyroid function t3 t4 tsh test of ur baby then i can advice further
