What Is The Remedy For Cold And Cough With Vomiting?

Hi,
My male baby is 5 months old, suffering from cold & cough and mouthful of vomiting specially at night. At the time of vomiting cough is releasing through mouth and nose causing suffocation for few seconds. A doctor advised mucolite drops and naso clear drops for three (3) times daily for seven (7) days. But nothing is responding successfully. Please give advise or suggestion.

As a homoeopath I can suggest that if the cough has a rattling sound to it when the baby coughs and if you see a thick whitish coating on the tongue of the baby then you can give Ant Tart 30 1 drop of the medicine in 1/2 spoon of water repeated 4 times a day .
