Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

If you know which is the allergen causing these symptoms you can avoid that allergen. The best treatment for chronic and seasonal allergy is to avoid the triggering factor responsible for causing symptoms.

There are many factors like food, dust, pollen, mite and chemicals may be responsible for your symptoms.

I would suggest you to avoid the allergen which is responsible for you symptoms as for as possible, other wise you need to go for immunotherapy.

You can receive either subcutaneous immunotherapy or sublingual immunotherapy depending upon your compliance.
Thank you.
