What Is The Remedy For Burning In The Esophagus Post Eating Extremely Hot Food ?
I burned my esophagus with piece of microwaved enchilada (it felt like a hot coal going down the left side of the inside of my chest ) That was two days ago it didn t seem to hurt the rest of the day it happened but the next day and today it seems to be hurting progressively worse. (I m still able to eat and drink but not without annoying pain .) I m wondering if i should be seeing a doctor.

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. the heat hurts the oesophagus, as the heat burned the nerveendings you didnt feel the pain.
