What Is The Remedy For Back Pain?

hi my name is alisha. i am 16 i have a boyfriend i have been with for almost 2 years now he is 18, and hes always saying his back hurts. he pops his back sometimes but mostly he hits it or rubs it on the lower left side. he says it takes the pain away for a few but it comes back. it hurts him constantly? he has a not on it from where hes been hitting it so much? and he dont know how to take the pain away.

1.At this age with your history i would recommend yo to do some back pain exercises would help.
2.Suggest to lie on a flat bed and positional care.

4.If there is no use then you have to get an x-ray lumbar spine AP/LAT.
