What Is The Remedy For A Deep Purple Bruise On The Forearm?

my husband awoke one morning and found a round bruise on his forearm. It is deep purple and has been there now for about four days. It looks like a bad bruise but is small about 1/4 inch across and is perfectly round. What can it be? And should he see a doctor?

Hi. This is a wonderful finding. It can not occur on its own, Must have been a tight band around wrist - only he can tell the truth. If there are no symptoms or signs of any problem, it may not be necessary to see a Doctor. Wait and watch. Consult the Doctor if the problem increases.
