Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Fatty pancreas usually does not give symptoms at all. It is just a process where healthy pancreas is replaced by fatty tissue. Most common reason of this issue is bad diet (fatty foods, alcohol) and medicines.
Right lower chest pain however can be associated with pancreas disease. But not with fatty pancrease but with chronic pancreas inflammation.
If you drink alcohol regularly or have bad diet, chronic pancreas is possible. I suggest you to have liver tests, amylase, urine amylase and abdominal CT to diagnose pancreas problem.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
