What Is The Recurrent Mild Pain In My Chest?

hello doctor for a past 2 months i hv been feeling mild pain which comes and goes, the pain is sometimes in middle and sometimes in left chest area. i also feel a pinching in my chin and sometimes pain in collar bone and left arm. do i hv a heart problem
