Hi

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Anxiety disorder has episodic course and require one and half year full treatment in 1st episode.

Treatment is necessary even after complete remission to prevent further episode in future.

You have 2nd episode so require long term treatment even after complete improvement.

Medicine is appropriate to your symptoms and psychopathology. Psychological councelling and supportive psychotherapy will be useful.

Never stop medicine and take advise from your treating doctor before make any decisions regarding treatment.

I hope I have answered your question.

Get well soon.
