Normally when you are sick take mild,steamed food. add more water and and proper rest.
When you are sick our entire system will not function as .in normal .
take steamed rice kanji, steamed dal with ghee, add curd and butter milk.
take plenty of water 4- 5liters.
take steamed vegetables like carrot,spinach,beetroot etc.
add fruits like apple,pomegranate,orange which got anti oxidant property.
in
typhoid your intestinal wall get ulceration so avoid Spicy,fried,chillies,oily foods.
