What Is The Reason Of Having Abdominal Pain After Hysterectomy Months Back?

I had a hysterectomy last year October i was well until last month which was August. I am having pain in my left side abdominal pain. The pain starts slow in my left side then my stomach gets bloated and pain travels to my pelvis and the pain is so sharp.

This pain may not be related to hysterectomy. Ultrasound abdomen including pelvis may be done. If no diagnosis can made gynecologist may be consulted.
