What Is The Reason Of Deranged TSH Level?

My wife has thyroid for last 5 years. With dose of 100 her profile has been stable and within range.

During the last test , her TSH is 35 But T3 & T4 are in normal range ( 108 & 1.7)

What could be the reason & should we increase the dose. She has other wise no problem and no symtoms

TSH is high so thyroxine's dose must be increased.
She is taking 100mcg then increase her dose to 125mcg & repeat TSH after a month.
T4can be normal but TSH is the most sensitive indicator of thyroid function.
