Hi,thanks for query.The information given is very less.How long they are there ? what is you age ? whether they are causing any problem to you or not ?Any way this could be because of some allergy in most of the case,may be cosmetic one or due to some cloth.You can apply any moisturizer on it in case of itching.Try something inert things like lactocalamine.bye.
