What Is The Reason For Vomiting After Eating Cereal And Drinking Water?
I ate a small bowl of cereal and i threw that up, so I didnt eat all day. I been in bed all day. I drunk a cup of water and i threw up the water too. What should i do? And im hungry but i don't know what to eat because i don't want to throw up again.

From history it seems that you might be having stomach virus or gastritis.
Take Omiprazole tablet for 1-2 days.
For vomiting you may take Domperidone as and when required.
Take liquid diet, lemon juice.
