What Is The Reason For Tiredness And Appetite Loss While Taking Doxycycline And Z-pack?

My daughter was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain spotted fever last Thursday, and started on doxycycline. Then on Tuesday she was also diagnosed with Bronchitis and was given a Z-pack. Today she is still feeling really tired and doesn't feel like eating.
I also started her on a probiotic

These infection like Rocky mountain spotted fever makes a person feel weak and also leads to anorexia.
Also doxycycline causes gastritis. That can also cause anorexia.
I advice you to discuss with your doctor adding Pantoprazole.
As infection would get treated , she will get better and would develop normal apetite.
Stay Healthy.
