What Is The Reason For The Pain In The Testicle After Masturbation?

Hello,

Early this morning I was masturbating. I was kind of multitasking (watching tv, texting, twitter, etc) so ended up going at it for about 2 hours. I did ejaculate, and now I have a dull pain like I was kicked in the balls, but its not as strong. It is only in my left testical, its kind of worrying me. But of course, I dont want to say anything to my parents. Age 16.

I understand your concern. Congestion of testicles due to stagnant blood for long period can cause dull aching pain after masturbation. The reason behind is the congestion due to pooling of blood as you prolong ejaculation for some more time.
You need not worry about this. All the best.
If its persisting then visit a doctor for examination.
