I have small white puss sacs on the top part of my throat where the dangling thing is. I went to the doctor an she examined my throat. She said my tonsils were swollen but not red. She thinks there may be an abscess on my throat because i haven't had a fever or anything. It is just really painful to swallow. Also she said it was too early to check for mono because its only occurred three days
