What Is The Reason For Pressure In Pelvic Area, Thirst, Frequent Urination?

Yes thank you I m a fifty year old female I have been having a lot of pressing in my pelvic,area an also my cervic I have been passing water a lot very thirst an getting up at night to go to the bathroom no discharge no foul smell, I went to the doctor she said my urine test was fine Help!
