What Is The Reason For Pain In Rib Cage After Bowel Movements?
I am getting sharp pains usually on the right side of my rib cage. Which I turn and wipe when I poop on that side usually. I am about two hundred seventy three pounds. Just throwing that in. My ribs only hurt after i wipe after I poop and only on the side I turn to wipe on. Do you have any clue what could be causing this.

Your weight must be the cause of your pain, in sitting position at the time of defecation you are not maintaining the good posture, and must be having poor posture which might causing uneven pressure on your rib cage, try to maintain good posture, and do not exert any force at the time of defecation, have nice day,
