Hello,i gave birth to a son with cesarean operation and my baby is 17month now and i have not menstruated.

If you are still breast feeding your baby that can cause no menses it is called Lactational amenorrhoea.It is normal no need to take any medicine .If you have stopped breast feeding then you need to consult a doctor.
