What Is The Reason For Missing Periods, Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I have missed my period for 20 days. I had unprotected sex with my hubby in last month during fertile days. I took 3 home pregnancy test but all were negative. For last 7 days I have been felt mild stress like pain in my left sided lower abdomen. i am so confused. What is going on with me? I want to know probable reasons of this in the light of medical science & kind suggestions to help me out of this...

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. The pain could be unrelated to pregnancy as your urine pregnancy tests are negative. What I suggest you is get a Scan pelvis done to rule out any other pathology.
