blood in urine may be due to urinary tracy infection,stone disease and so on. most likely you have a infection.but better to exclude other entity.have urine routine test and culture,xray of kidney region and ultrasonography.

Hi yamah;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Foul smell in orange coloured urine may be due to less water intake & since it is associated with lower abdominal pain then it could be due to concentrated urine or if severe pain it could be calculus .Please drink lots of water & see if the pain is reduced & colour of urine changes ;if it does not change then get urine tested & if required ultrasound for pain in lower abdomen.
