Hello and welcome.

It appears as though you could be suffering from urinary incontinence, nocturnal duuresis or increased urinary urge. This will be corrected a certain extent with the help of solifenacin 5mg usage.

I would have also prefered to learn about your age and other medical details, but I am afraid those have not been provided and thus it is best for you to get elaborately examined and find the 3xact cause for your symptoms.

Wishing you luck.

Take care.

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Vaddadi Suresh's  Response
Hi, Check the size of your prostate gland (by ultrasound abdomen) if you are above 55 years as prostate enlargement is a common cause of frequency above that age. If not that, inflammation or infection of the bladder can also result in frequent urination, for which you need some antibiotics. Soliten works by reducing the irritability of the bladder and thereby reducing the frequency. It is generally safe, can cause dry mouth and rarely hard stools. Hope this helped you.
