What Is The Reason For Having A Feeling Of Going To Toilet When Having Sex?

Hi, I was prescribed Dianette or Co-cypridol 35 in January. I had mild acne on my back but that was all. I was suprised my doctor put me on the medication as it indicated that it is not usually given to people purely for oral contraception. As much as it has helped my skin it has effected my body completely! I have lost my sex drive, i get head aches now and then but not severe, i also passed out last month and for the past three months (into my 3rd month of taking Dianette) my Discharge has increased especially mid cycle. I went to my doctor about this and she has taken me off Dianette and putting me back on a new one. For the past two months i have not been having alot of sexual activity but also when i do i can feel some pain when performing sexual intercourse. It is pressure and not a stinging pain. Purely a feeling like as though he is hitting my organs. Its very uncomfortable. I have been blaming this on the fact that i have a feeling i have IBS. My mum suffers with IBS and since about a year ago i have been having similar problems to what she gets. At times when i have sexual intercourse it feels as though i need to go to the toilet so i wasn t sure whether he could be putting pressure on my bowl area? I am on my last pill off Dianette now until i go back on the new one so would have been due a period in the next few days. I had sex last night and i felt the pain again but i bled a little bit. This has never happened before. What could this be? Please could you help me calm down a little bit. I am a massive worrier. I am 19 years old.
