What Is The Reason For Dizziness With Vision Problems After Physical Work?

For a couple of weeks I have been feeling dizzy when I stand up after gardening or cleaning etc. I also lose my sight for a short period, and when it comes back, if I am looking at grass for example, the grass looks two dimensional where the bottom is dark, and the tops look as though they are lit up, or sparkly.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi im dr.hema physiotherapist.

I had gone through your query.

The symptoms what you have mentioned are reliably triggered by change in position.
From sitting or lying to standing.
It represent orthostatic hypotension, that is drop in blood pressure by positions.

Be sure to have this checked with a simple Bp test.

Check with your GP for causes which may be hypoglycemia, any medications, alcohol, inner ear, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance or neurological. The cause should be ruled out by examination.

For further doubt please write back.

Take care.hope the information helps.
