What Is The Reason For Dizziness And Severe Sweating When In Sun?
This weekend I was in the sun for about an hour when I notice I was sweating badly (not normal for me). When I got up to head inside I was very dizzy, I felt overheated and headed for a cool shower, before I could get into the shower I was almost falling down. This is not normal for me as I am outside in the sun a lot. Now, two days later I awoke feeling very dizzy so much so it caused me to walk to the left.
Fact:
I was drinking ice tea while outside
Family history of heart problems (father passed at 48).
I workout about 3 times a week (new change over the past 8 wks)
About 25 lbs over weight
On no medication
Non smoker
Sex: F
Age: 47
Last, my chest feels like I have a “chest cold”
Question, can the heat really do this to you?

I do not see it as your occupational hazard though I can not totally rule out this. I believe you have been working there for some time now . Get your though cardiac profile like ECG,even if normal then TMT, Or CT angiographychecked. As you have family history as well and chest tightness and profuse sweating which is not normal to you also suggestive of some cardiac ailment, and /or may be hypoglycemia . Go for master health check up . Till then you should take rest and start with tab soluble aspirin 150 gm per day and if the same symptoms do occur before you see a doctor take 4 tablets of CLOPIDOGREL150 mg stat. They do not harm you even your heart is fine. Hurry up.All the best. Thorrow
