Hi,

The distended stomach could be because of gas. Possible causes include:
- foods you eat
- the way you take the foods (slowly or rushing)
- medications you are taking
- lack of exercise.

I'd advise to:

- avoid eating chilly,spicy or fatty/processed foods
- avoid alcohol, smoking, carbonated/energetic drinks
- eat often and small portions without rushing
- take simethicone and omeprazole
- take o.t.s probiotics and mephenamic acid
- drink more water
- do urine analysis, vaginal swab testing and culture of feces for candida

All the best!
