What Is The Reason For Child To Passing Stools Frequently?

hi, my son has been going to the bathroom and pooping a lot and i dont know whats the problem. his stomach aches sometimes even though he eats a lot and hes trying to gain weight, hes still skinny. hes tried gaining some weight but it just wont work. hes tried eating a lot having food with fat but hes still skinny. I need help.

PLEASE GET A STOOL R/E , CBC DONE TO RULE OUT ANEMIA N WORMS
GIVE HIM WHOLESOME FOOD N NOT JUST FATTY STUFF
ADD POLYPEP AND PASMOLEX FOR SYMPTOMATIC RELIEF AFTER CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR AND KEEP HIM WELL HYDRATED.
