Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the irregular periods started, the cause may be the anemia, or infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a U.S. scaning for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, and hematinics.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
