What Is The Reason For Blood In Sputum During Pregnancy ?
Hi I am 40 weeks and 3 days pregnant . Today morning before i brushed my teeth, I had a lot of sputum with blood in them, after which i vomited a lot of yellow stomach acid also with that there were clots of blood (I am not sure if this was blood in the stomach acid or stomach acid mixed with my sputum with blood in them - it was hard to tell). I am not feeling any throat ache or any uneasiness, I am also feeling regular baby movements. Is this something to worry about? Thank you.

Bleeding is always a thing to worry about so you should be worried and consult a doctor for examination and advice.The bleeding you had while brushing can be from the gums if it is little but if you have vomited and it was a fresh blood then it can be from oesophageal varices.Also you are overdue so you need to be careful.Please consult your Gynaecologist and get examined.
