What Is The Reason For Arm Soreness And Smell Of Burning?

I am 27 and have a clear med history nothen really wrong with me today I woke up to the smell of burnt toast freaking out I ran down stairs thinking hubby left toast in the toaster and on to high and forgot about it befour leaveing for work and ended up finding nothen ..... now this afternoon my right arm feels like I been in a boxing match and kinda sore should I be worry d?

The arm soreness that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild stretching exercise will be helpful.
you can do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel on the area to relieve the spasm.
