What Is The Reason For A Bump At The End Of Tailbone That Oozes Reddish Yellow Liquid?

Hello for about a year now there has been this bump or circular thing right at the end of my tailbone right above the buttocks line and it's always oozes out this redish/yellow liquid that smells weird it's been getting bigger lately and I don't know what it could be plz help!

Hi,
This is most likely to be a pilonidal cyst which has become infected. This is not serious and is easily treatable. I suggest you keep the area clean with daily baths. See your doctor as you will need antibiotics for the infection. If this does not resolve the infection then you may need surgery to remove the cyst. This is a minor operation and would cure the problem.
