What Is The Puss Mixed With Blood From The Ear?

By bf just guaged his ear about 2 to 3 weeks ago but the other day his ear lobe had become hard. we have been cleaning it twice a day sence he got them but tonight he came to me and asked me to look closer at them. i saw a small amout of pus in the back so i squeezed his ear hopeing to get it all out. a huge burst if pus came out all over and when i continued to squeeze it was all liquid pus mixed with blood. what's wrong with his ear???

This could be infective lesion and that need to be treated with the antibiotic, if the lesion is not in the ear canal then local application would be enough for this and if the lesion is in the inner ear then antibiotic ear drops is necessary I would suggest the following medicine,
1) Ofloxacin ear drops
2) Povidone iodine cream for local application
