This question is for mam. She is 53 years old and last month she was hospitalized due to sudden weakness of both legs. At that time Blood pressure was 220/180. Doctor said that she had GBS disease and advised to take immediate injection of IVIG 20g for 5 days. When better the physical condition she was discharged. One of the medicine that is TELISTA 40 is to be continued.This is the advice of the doctor. Please inform me the purpose of the use of this drug and effects and side effects of medicine Thank You I believe you may answer this on free of cost
The most common side effects include: headache, dizziness, palpitations, & nasal congestion. Although rare but it can also cause dry cough, allergic reactions in the form of rapid swelling of face or lips or difficulty in breathing for which she should be consulted. Best regards.
