ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi
don't get panic. There are plenty of reasons for nose bleeding. But along with fever it may be infective cause. So complete blood investigation and if needed computerised tomography for nose and paranasal sinuses are needed to rule out the cause of nose bleeding. At present your son can be cured with conservative treatment like antibiotics and analgesics with nose packing until the further reports.
wish your son a speedy recovery.
thank you.
