What Is The Prognosis For Tingling Sensation In Urethra?

Have a tingling feeling that seems like it s inside my urethra. I m a 37 y/o single female. I have not been sexually active in 2yrs... I do have a hx of UTI s, & kidney stones. I was last treated for a UTI 8/2014. However-- I don t have any of the common s/s that is typically associated w/ previous UTI s.. i.e.- frequent/urgent feeling to urinate, blood in urine, ammonia strong smell of urine... I never have the burning sensation that is typically associated with UTI s, & that others complain about. The tingling sensation that I m currently experiencing in my urethra, I don t recall ever having w/ previous UTI s.. It also seems to get worse at night-- or should I say, I m more aware of it at night? What could this be? Another UTI manifesting itself w/ a new symptom for me? Should I be concerned? Any analysis on this prognosis would be greatly appreciated!

HI
Well come to HCM
If this was the UTI and underlying cause was the renal calculi then this may happens again and again, more common in females, for complete cure condition need to be work up properly right from the investigation to treatment and these includes imaging studies, urine analysis with culture sensitivity test, this could be long term treatment once you complete this there wont be any more symptoms, hope this information helps, take care.
