What Is The Prognosis For Kidney Failure?

Hi, Im in australia, my mother is in an intensive care unit in New Zealand at the moment. She has had a stroke and a heart valve replacement in the past. She is in hospital for an infection in her heart which im assuming is Endocarditis, she had this a few months ago and was in hospital for a month while the antibiotics did their work. Her blood pressure is very low and they cant get an accurate reading. She had a pretty bad problem with injecting drugs but she says to me shes stopped in recent years, after speaking to her nurse they've told me her kidneys and liver are failing. Shes a small woman and none so healthy. I'm pretty sure the end is near but being in another country i'm not able to get there for a few days. Just wanted to know (i know there is no definite answer to this) if i'm likely to make it in time to see her
