What Is The Prognosis For Clear Fluid Blister On The Tonsil During Pregnancy?

It started off as a sore throat 1 week ago. 2 days a ago there was a clear fluid blister on my left tonsil which is now filled with blood. There are no associated fevers, however I also have a mild ear ache in my left ear as well with slightly swollen left glands. It hurts to swallow. I am 34 weeks pregnant and allergic to penicillin. What is the possible diagnosis and treatment plan?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
left Eustachian Salpingitis with Left Tonsillitis-following sore throat infection.
Though you don't have fever,You need to treat it -
With Antibiotics,
Gargles with Listerin ,
And NSAIDs - anti-inflammatory drugs x 5-7 days.
Rest and liquid diet would recoup you fast from this condition.


Just don't worry till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with ENT if things don't recover.


-Other causes need to be verified with your family GP doctor, as the facts may be different what you submitted.


-For this Second opinion from PCP-or Gp doctor and if need be with Ent doctor, is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.

-for early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your issues.
