What Is The Prognosis For A Person With Ischemic Changes In Heart?

I got an e.c.g done which showed i had a right Axel deviation but with no ischemic changes or arrhythmia.I m now scheduled for an echocardiogram as my Dr suspects Cardiomyopathy? I also have Amaurosis Fugax.What is my likely prognosis? Things weren t really explained to me . Im 47 female.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the axis deviation detected in ECG then it not the direct indication of any disease but it need to be correlated with other clinical condition if ever have and if not then no question is there for prognosis, more over other lead reading also necessary for final conclusion hope this information helps.
