General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for your question.

Prognosis will depend on cause of liver disease.

Fatty liver and acute hepatitis can be resolve. But carrier of hbsag and cirrhosis remain for life long.

Strictly Avoid alcohol.

If diagnosis not clear then USG and viral marker done.
If HBSag positive more then 6 month then it is carrier state.

Take care of liver by healthy life style like ....
-Avoid trans fat , chips , cheese, butter etc
-avoid refined sugar and food
- omega 3 fatty acid oil used like olive oil
-green leafy veg useful
-fruits taken more

Papaiya seed with lemon juice can taken.

Avoid smoking

Regular exercise done

I hope you will recover well.

For further guidance your USG and viral marker report needed.

Take care
