What Is The Prognosis For A Heart Patient With EF Of 20?
What happens to a person who has 20% heart pumping capacity and refuses to take her meds, use the breathing device and wear the heart monitor? Also, this person, my sister, after walking 15 ft., has shortness of breath. She also has sleepless nights and vomiting.

heart is not pumping enough for survive. despite such horrible condition refusal to medication will only leads to progressive heart failure. as you say 15 ft walk will cause her shortness of breathing it means disease is very severe. plzz make them ready for medical help..it will add some symptom relieve..
