What Is The Process Of Removal Of Skin Tag At The Rectum?

I have one large and one small rectal skin tag. A diagonis was made by a doctor. During a bowel movement the exit the anal entrance and have to put back inside. This is unpleasant. I am now having a lot of pain in the area. They are almost like attacks. I use suppistorys and pain medication until it passes. What is the process to remove them?
