as u have hair over upper lip area ,u need not to go for hormonal evaluation .
it is very common
no of hair over this site is constant at any time
so it is very easy and safe to treat it
LASER is the best way to remove it permanently.
u need to consult dermatologist
u need 4-9 session of treatment ,but u will have excellent result.

Unwanted hair if excess can be a sign of altered hormone levels in your body.Please visit your Gynecologist first and get examined and evaluated.If you are having associated irregular periods , there are chances of PCOD.If you don’t have any abnormalities , you can go ahead and visit a Dermatologist and consider opinion about Hair removal.
