What Is The Pressure In My Chest?
I have a pressure/ache in the center of my chest. I feel it everday. It s not really painful but I catch myself taking deep breaths to help. I don t know if it is heart related. I sometimes feel like I have an irregular heartbeat and I cough to help it.

Thanks for asking to HCM.I understand your concerns.According to me,the symptoms you are experiencing may be due to gastric or cardiac problem .But you have to rule out the possibility of ischemic heart disease(Angina pectoris) or Vasospastic angina.I would suggest you to consult with cardiologist who is expertise in assessing the cardiac status with battery of investigations like ECG,Treadmill stress test,ECHO if necessary.Hope this information helps you.take care
