What Is The Pressure And Pain In Chest And Throat While Breathing?

I have been having a pain in the middle of my chest to the bottom of my throat when I breathe. It has been constant but getting stonger. It feels like an anxiety attack or someone is putting pressure on the bottom of my throat. I am 28 and about 250 lbs. What can this be?

Yes you may be right it could be anxiety attack or it could be gastritis .

Have cosulted by good physician.
