What Is The Possible Duration On Usage Of Melacare ?

Hi sir. I am pavan. I am using melacare from last 5 months. Now my face was so fare. If i am stoping applying. My face getting very dark sir. Is it good for health or not. If i am using i will get any side effects. nd now my face color is white. I want to maintain dis color. Without melacare. Is it possible sir. If it possible. How. I am 24yrs old (male).

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your query Melacare cream contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate..
Mometasone Furoate is a Steroid and long term use of steroids can cause Steroid Dependence and as you stop using it there will be withdrawal symptoms like skin darkening, pimples, itching, rashes etc..
I would suggest you to stop using Melacare cream and can apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Azelaic acid, arbutin and Vitamin E..
You can also use Vitamin E gel or cream..
You should wash your face with depigmentation facewash containing Salicylic acid and glycolic acid..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Scrub your face with a gentle scrub..
Limit sun exposure as it can cause further darkening due to Photosensitivity..
