Hi and Welcome to HCM,

First you have to undergo x-ray investigation. This may be due to inflammatory conditions like bronchitis, pneumonitis, TB. Do you have evening rise in temperature, loss of weight and loss of appetite. After investigation antibiotics like Erythromycin or Ampiclox can be taken along with anti-histamines syrup containing Bromhexine or Codeine. Most likely it may not be due to TB. If pain persists take Cyclopam can be administered.
Avoid droplet infection when you travel. Drink hot water. Avoid allergic exposure and cold atmosphere.

Wish you speedy recovery,

Thanks
